Who runs the firm

CiliaFormosa was founded by Josman Cilia and Rodian Formosa, who bring more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Rodian Formosa is a director and chief executive. He graduated in management from the University of Malta in 2005, spent more than 14 years as a financial planning officer and investment adviser at a listed financial services company in Malta, and holds the CeFA qualification from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

Dr Clint Bennetti is a director and the firm's money laundering reporting officer. A lawyer with a Master of Arts in Financial Services, he began in a law firm specialising in financial and investment services law, later held senior roles at a multinational corporate services group, and acts as director, company secretary and compliance officer for several entities licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Wealth management and investment advisory
