The founder grew up in Italy admiring her mother's wardrobe and buying accessories at vintage markets to swap with friends. She later sold as a vendor at the Portobello market in Notting Hill while working in an office in London, a detail that will ring true for many UK readers. After returning to Italy she began selling her chosen vintage online, and she continues to do so from Malta.

The aim is to show people that clothes can have a second chance, which cuts waste, protects the environment and widens choice for shoppers who like something different from the high street. The shop pairs vintage pieces with newer designs and highlights quality craftsmanship from the past.

What you will find

The stock is organised into bags, shoes and clothing, with separate women's and men's sections, plus a Yachting Lifestyle collection chosen out of a love for the sea. Shoes are the biggest group: the catalogue includes heels, sandals, pumps, flats, boots, sneakers, mules, clogs and ballerinas, mostly in sizes from 35 to 39. Bags range from cross body styles to shoulder bags, handbags and backpacks.

Labels that appear in the stock include Prada, Fendi, Furla, Castañer, Gianni Chiarini, Sergio Rossi, Tod's, Church's, Helly Hansen, Sperry, Longchamp and Vivienne Westwood Anglomania. Because every item is one of a kind, sizes and colours sell out and are not restocked. Examples of prices include a Fendissime bag at €110 and a Fendi piece at €220.
