Your skippers

Jason has devoted his working life to sailing. He has raced yachts in Malta and abroad, has long experience of sail-making and has completed many yacht deliveries, including crossings of the Atlantic.

Fabio sailed his first Rolex Middle Sea Race at the age of 14, soon made an Atlantic crossing as crew, and has more than four years as an RYA-certified sailing instructor. His record includes several transatlantic crossings and deliveries, plus the Rolex Fastnet and the ARC transatlantic rally.

The crew also includes Toby, a Fox Terrier the business calls its Chief Wag Officer, who greets guests at the dock and joins them on deck.

Team building under sail

Companies can book a sailing day designed around a team's goals. No experience is needed, and everyone takes a task, so the group learns to communicate and decide together under a professional skipper. The programme can be as relaxed or as hands-on as you like and is tailored to your needs and budget.

A typical day starts with a meeting with the organiser beforehand. Guests meet at the marina at 9.30 am for a safety briefing and introductions, set sail at 10.00 am, anchor for lunch and group water activities at 12.30 pm, sail again at 3.00 pm and finish with a debrief at 5.30 pm.

The package covers the skipper, a dinghy with outboard, snorkels and fishing gear, a barbecue, linen, water and fuel for four hours of motoring a day, with extra hours charged. Boarding on the day is at 10 am.
