Freemyme is a boutique fitness and movement studio on High Street in Sliema, offering small-group classes in HIIT, strength, yoga, Pilates, pole and Reformer Pilates. Founded in Sliema in 2014, it brings together high-energy training and calmer, mindful sessions under one roof, which suits both residents and visitors who want to keep up a routine while in Malta.

The studio is listed with our yoga studios in Malta and Pilates studios in Malta, and its Sliema location puts it close to the seafront and the hotels described in our guide to hotels in Sliema.

Two ways to train: Fit and Flow

Classes are grouped into two tracks. Fit is the high-energy side, with HIIT, Tabata, Sculpt, Ripped, strength training, weightlifting and functional fitness, using minimal equipment and structured programming that suits every level from beginner to advanced. Flow is the mindful side, mixing yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Restorative with Pilates, pole, stretching and mobility, to build flexibility, alignment and balance.

Classes are intentionally small, and the coaches are certified. There is also a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio in Sliema, where the maximum is six participants so each person gets more guidance and attention. Besides in-studio sessions, the studio offers open-air classes by the sea and online options, and there is a second class location at AV77 in Mrieħel, where members use the facilities of Studiofifteen Gym.
