Meet360 Events is a corporate event management company on Hughes Hallet Street in Sliema, Malta. It plans meetings, congresses, incentive trips and off-site events in Malta and abroad, handling venues, hotels, transport and activities. Enquiries go through the VisitMalta.co.uk form on this page and we pass your message to the team.

Meet360 Events plans the kind of business events where logistics can easily overwhelm the purpose: congresses, incentive trips, kick-off meetings, product launches and team off-sites. Its approach is to manage every task in an event, however complex, down to the smallest detail, so the client can concentrate on business priorities while the team deals with suppliers, schedules and the many small decisions that make an event run smoothly. The office is on Hughes Hallet Street in Sliema, a popular coastal town facing Valletta across the water.

If you are looking at more than one organiser, our event planners in Malta directory lists others across the islands.

What Meet360 Events organises

Navigation on the website points to hotels, meetings and congresses, incentives, dining and venues, and CSR, and the services page sets out the detail. The team gives professional planning advice, sources venues and compares the candidates, prepares event budgets, and can run web registration. It develops mailings and teaser campaigns, and negotiates, books and contracts hotel accommodation.

On the ground it covers sourcing exclusive off-site venues, transport and hospitality, tailor-made activities and excursions, team building and corporate social responsibility projects, audio visual and technical production, and round-the-clock supervision during operations. It can also arrange flights and private charters, handle invoicing and budget reconciliation, and arrange the reclaim of VAT on events in Malta, subject to conditions. Every project is made to measure from your brief and specification, so the list above is a menu to draw on rather than a fixed package.

If you want to add leisure time to a programme, Adventure Cruises Malta and A4 Malta DMC Private Tours and Excursions are both listed in our directory.

Events in Malta and abroad

Meet360 splits its offer into a home product and an away product. The home product showcases the islands: more than 6,000 years of history, prehistoric temples, noble palaces, fortified cities, quiet villages and secluded beaches, around 300 days of sunshine a year, and a good range of accommodation, event facilities, dining and entertainment. Our Valletta guide, Mdina guide and Gozo guide show what delegates can see between sessions, and things to do in Malta gives wider ideas.

The away product takes the same service overseas. The team has more than 20 years of international event management experience and has worked in destinations from Rio to Sydney and Istanbul to Paris, including incentive safaris, annual kick-offs and congress attendance. Its network of industry partners supports events wherever they happen.

The team and the languages they speak

Meet360 is led by two Managing Directors. Phil Sammut has more than 20 years in the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions industry, with an earlier career at American Express Belgium and as founder of a Brussels event company. Stephania Abela Tickle has worked in international hotels and in local destination management companies. Raffaela Anselmo, an Account Manager, focuses mainly on the Italian market, and Viveka Nordström, also an Account Manager, has lived in several countries and works in tourism and event management.

Between them the team speaks English, Maltese, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and Swedish, which is useful when delegates come from several countries. Phil alone works in seven of them, so a single point of contact can often switch language mid-conversation.
