Soul Solutions Spa is a holistic spa and aesthetic lounge on the north-east coast of Malta, with its main spa at the Gillieru Harbour Hotel in St Paul's Bay and a second location on Nakkri Street in Qawra. Massage and holistic therapies

Massage is the heart of the menu. Choices include holistic full body and deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, anti-stress massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, lomilomi, Yin Yang shiatsu, sports rehabilitation, cupping therapy, an aloe vera massage and a CBD pain relief full body massage. A couples massage and a children's full body massage are also offered. The Signature Pain Relief Full Body Massage starts from €95 and a holistic back, neck, shoulders and head massage starts from €45.

Expectant mothers have their own menu, with pregnancy massage from €75, post natal massage from €80 and a personalised pregnancy package from €110. The crystal and energy healing menu covers Reiki from €95, crystal healing therapy from €95, chakra balancing from €85, Tao Hands healing at €95, Tibetan singing bowl sound healing and tarot or mediumship readings from €55. Each one is a wellbeing and relaxation therapy, not a medical treatment.

Facials, skincare and the aesthetic clinic

The facial menu runs from a Botanical Booster facial for people in a hurry to deeper programmes such as a Vitamin C facial, a purity deep pore cleansing facial, a calming facial for hypersensitive skin and an anti-ageing treatment. A men's intensive facial is available too, and booking five exclusive facials brings a complimentary body massage. Professional peels, including salicylic, glycolic and lactic, are €85 each, and a Gua Sha lifting and lymphatic drainage facial is €95.

The Aesthetic Lounge adds a clinic-style menu: peels, mesotherapy with micro-needling, permanent makeup such as microblading, powder brows and eyeliner at €350, and injectable treatments including lip filler from €290. Nails, hair, waxing and brows

The salon side covers hair, nails and grooming. Women's cut and blow dry is €45, gents' cut and blow dry is €20, a children's haircut is €15 and blow dries start from €15. Colour services include tints, highlights from €50, bleach and tone at €95 and balayage at €150, while straightening is €100, a perm is €50 and braiding is €30. Repair treatments include Olaplex at €76, argan oil at €30 and keratin lamination at €35, and a hair-up trial is €50 for anyone planning a wedding or special event.

For hands and feet there are luxury manicures at €45 and luxury pedicures at €55, gel polish manicures or pedicures at €30, full gel sets at €45, nail art, repairs and a medical pedicure after consultation. Waxing and threading are available for women and men, for example full leg waxing at €30 and eyebrow shaping at €8. Lash and brow services include tinting, lamination, lash lifts and full sets of extensions, plus day and evening makeup application at €45 and €60.

Spa days, packages and gifts

If you would rather book a ready-made experience, the package menu is the place to start. Examples with printed prices include the Spa Daily Membership at €59, Breakfast Bliss from €89, The Couple's Reset at €180 and Share The Love, a couples spa package including lunch or dinner, at €180. Other ideas include a Mum & Me Retreat at €185, packages for dads, slimming packages, hair packages and Christmas packages. Gift cards can be bought for someone else.

Slimming and detox treatments include lymphatic drainage, body scrubs, algae parafango, wood massage and body programmes such as C30 Lipo-Gym, Drain O2 and Body H4, with sessions from €75.
