Perry Estate Agents is a family-run Maltese agency with more than 40 years in the market, and its head office sits on the sweeping Sliema seafront at 197 Tower Road. Sliema is the most popular address for many UK arrivals, with a long promenade, cafes, shops and sea views, so a seafront office suits buyers and tenants who want to walk in and talk. Perry specialises in residential sales, lettings and commercial property, and it also runs a property management service. It was built up by its founder and managing director, Francis Spiteri Paris, who is known to everyone as Perry.

What Perry does

On the residential side Perry markets homes for sale and for long let in Malta and Gozo, from apartments, penthouses and maisonettes to townhouses, villas, bungalows, palazzos and houses of character. Its search covers dozens of localities, with particular depth around Sliema, St Julian's, Gżira, Ta' Xbiex, Pembroke and Madliena, and also the lifestyle developments such as Portomaso, Pendergardens, Tigne Point and Fort Cambridge.

Commercial clients can look at offices, shops, showrooms, warehouses, restaurants and sites, and the agency markets premium office space in developments such as Trident Park. The head office puts you in the middle of the harbour towns.
