Wedding catering with an all-inclusive menu

The wedding offer is an all-inclusive menu for parties of 200 or more guests. It is priced at €29 per person including VAT for 2025 bookings and €36 per person including VAT for 2026 bookings. A full menu can be downloaded from the caterer's own site, and the details below are the headline items.

The package opens with a wedding cake table, with a choice of almond, baci or fruit cake, plus side cakes, pasta reale, biscuttini and other traditional Maltese sweets. A dessert selection follows, with eclairs, profiteroles, rum baba, tiramisu, fruit tartlets, cream horns and traditional Maltese ice cream. Savoury courses include hot and cold canapés such as crab and avocado tarts, vol-au-vents, arancini, Cornish pies and pulled pork bites, along with a seafood course, an Asian selection of skewers, spring rolls and samosas, and meat and poultry bites. A coffee table with imqaret, cannoli di ricotta and croissants rounds things off.

Soft drinks, beer and water are included for four hours, with extra hours charged at €2 per person per hour. A spirits and wine package runs for five hours at €10 per person, with additional hours at €1.50 per person. Tables and linen are not supplied, so you would arrange those separately with your venue.

Wedding venues the caterer works with

The website shows several wedding venues, among them Palazzo Promontorio, Castello dei Baroni and Eden Lodge, with a page of further venues. Party menus and what they cost

Party food is sold per person with a minimum order of 10 people. Menu A is €7.50 per person including VAT and covers sandwiches, tuna panini, cheese cakes, quiche Lorraine, Sicilian pizza, sausage rolls, canapés, timpana, shrimp boats, stuffed olives, arancini and cream cakes. Menu B at €9 adds stuffed eggs, spring rolls and meatballs. Menu C at €11 adds chicken skewers, vol-au-vents and crab claws. Menu D at €13.50 adds anchovy qassatat, chicken mini Kievs and angels on horseback.

A kids menu costs €6 per person and includes cheese cakes, pea cakes, sandwiches, pizza, sausage rolls, chicken nuggets and cream cakes. An open bar of beer, wine, soft drinks, juice and water is €8.50 per person for parties of at least 40 and four hours, excluding ice and service.

Extras include almond cakes at €25 or €30, gateaux at €25, a two-litre tub of ice cream at €15, pastini and biscuttini at €20 per kilo, and mini burgers or hot dogs at €1.10 each. These suit a holiday in Malta that includes a family celebration, such as a birthday party at a rented home.
