Exclusive Video Productions

Exclusive Video Productions, known locally as EVP Malta, is a technology and visual agency, and its range is wider than many video companies. Alongside wedding videography and television commercials it runs outside broadcasting facilities and live-streaming, which makes it relevant to event organisers, businesses and families alike.

The agency works from Triq il-Kbira San Ġużepp in Ħamrun, close to Valletta. It is listed in our video production directory, and this page sets out what each service covers so you can decide whether to send an enquiry.

Broadcasting and live-streaming

Outside broadcasting means taking professional production equipment to a location so that an event can be filmed and sent out live or recorded to a broadcast standard. EVP offers these facilities for sports events, concerts, conferences and television shows, with the aim of smooth production and delivery.

The live-streaming service is aimed at events that need an audience beyond the room: corporate conferences, product launches and music concerts. For companies bringing UK colleagues or clients into an event on the island, a live stream lets people who could not travel take part. If you are choosing a date, our Malta weather guide and the list of things to do in Malta help with planning around the season and the visitors' programme.

Corporate events and commercials

For corporate events the agency covers conferences, seminars, product launches and gala dinners, with planning and execution aimed at reflecting the client's brand. Businesses relocating or expanding in Malta can read our relocation guide for UK movers and the Malta financial services overview for background on the sectors that often host such events.

Television commercials are handled from first idea to finished film: concept development, scriptwriting, production and post-production. The brief is to make advertising that communicates a brand's message and holds the attention of its audience. Agencies and brands can ask about budgets and timescales when they enquire, since prices are not listed. It helps to bring a short written brief, a target audience, the channels where the advert will run and any deadline tied to a launch or season.

Weddings and family tapes

EVP provides professional wedding videography covering the ceremony and reception, with the emphasis on capturing emotion and producing a lasting keepsake. Its dedicated wedding brand is Exclusive Wedding Films, which has its own listing in our directory. Couples exploring venues can also read our guides to the capital, Valletta and the best beaches in Malta for ideas.

The agency also offers video digitisation, converting old VHS tapes, Hi8 and MiniDV into digital files. This is handy for families who have boxes of tapes at home, whether in Malta or in the UK, and want them safely stored and easy to share. Ask how many hours of tape can be handled at once, how the files are returned and whether the original tapes come back to you. Gathering the tapes and labelling them with dates and names before you hand them over makes the job quicker.

How to start

The agency is at 228 Triq il-Kbira San Ġużepp in Ħamrun, and it welcomes new projects of any kind within its range. A good first message tells the agency what you want to film or convert, the date and place, how many people you expect and what you will do with the finished video, whether that is broadcast, a website, social media or a private family archive. Mentioning a budget range, if you have one, also helps the agency suggest a sensible approach.
