Procurement for every department

Procurement is organised by department so that each request reaches someone who knows the equipment. Mercer works directly with manufacturers and passes on the manufacturer's price for each item, so that crews can see exactly what they pay and who supplies what. Quotes are requested through a form, and you are asked to give the vessel, the part or product, quantity, delivery port and urgency.

Deck and rigging covers anchoring and mooring, fenders, winches, deck hardware, safety equipment, paint and antifouling, canvas and exterior lighting for vessels from 24 metres upwards. Engine room supplies include filters, lubricants, pumps and generator parts for makers such as Caterpillar, MTU and Onan. Customers can also send a part number, photograph or description of something that is hard to find, and the team will try to source it.

Tenders, toys and lithium safety

Tenders and RHIBs are supplied with delivery and commissioning, with makes including Williams and Highfield. The toys and watersports department covers Seabob, Fliteboard e-foils, JetSurf, jet skis, inflatable platforms and towables.
