Siam Wellness Centre

Siam Wellness Centre is a small Thai massage and beauty centre in the middle of Paceville, the nightlife district of St Julian's. Thai massage and the therapists

The centre's therapists are trained in authentic Thai techniques, and the team trained at a well-known Thai traditional massage school in Bangkok before bringing more than three years of experience to Malta. Sessions are tailored to the individual, from a gentle oil massage to a stronger treatment for guests who prefer firm pressure.

The core of the menu is Thai Traditional Massage, performed without oil at €50 for 60 minutes, and Thai Oil Massage at €45 for 60 minutes, described as relaxing and light. A Healing Thai Massage uses oil with strong pressure at €50 for 60 minutes, and a Back and Neck Massage at €50 for 60 minutes concentrates on the shoulders and back. Swedish Massage, a very soft and light treatment, is €45 for 60 minutes.

The centre welcomes people who feel stiff after desk work or sport as well as visitors who simply want to unwind. The aim is a quiet place to step away from the bustle of the day. Do tell the therapist how firm you like the pressure when you arrive, so the session can be adjusted to suit you. If you are unsure which treatment to choose, a one-hour Thai or oil massage is the simplest starting point and the price is printed clearly for every option.

Longer and specialist treatments

For a longer session there are a Stone Massage at €75 for 90 minutes and a Thai Herbal Massage at €75 that uses a warm compress. Foot or reflexology massage is €45 for 50 minutes, and a Drainage Massage is €55 for 60 minutes. A Cupping Massage is €75 for 90 minutes and Moxibustion, a heat-based treatment, is €85 for 90 minutes. A massage for pregnant women is listed at €45 for 60 minutes, and anyone who is expecting should check with their own doctor first.

Body treatments include a Body Scrub at €50 for 50 minutes and an Anti-Cellulite treatment at €55 for 50 minutes covering two areas for one price.

Beauty treatments

Facial treatments cost €50, with an extra €5 for a face-lifting massage. Manicures start at €15 for cut, file and buff and are €25 with gel colour or shellac. Pedicures are €20 for hard skin removal only, €35 with cut, file, buff and scrub, and €40 with gel colour or shellac. Waxing is available, with prices on request.

Booking, hours and finding the centre

The centre is at 10 Paceville Street, with the main door on Paceville Street and a side door on Salvo Street. It works by appointment, so arrange a time before you go. Because of staffing, after 16:00 the centre offers massage only, at a fixed €50 for one hour, and other beauty services should be arranged through the team.
