You describe what you want, a mechanic examines the car you pick for faults, damage, rust and accident history, and the purchase goes ahead only if it passes. The car is carried to Malta on a transporter instead of being driven. When it arrives you can drive it, take it to the mechanic or sprayer of your choice, and walk away if it is not right, because no deposit has been paid and there is no duty to buy.
