The area around the branch combines nightlife in Paceville with quieter residential pockets such as Swieqi, Ibragg and Pembroke, where families tend to look, and the upmarket marina enclave of Portomaso. Perry's area guide notes that Sliema and St Julian's can attract higher prices but offer strong rental interest because they stay busy all year round, which is worth discussing with an agent if you are buying to let.
