Phytomer marine skincare from France is used in the treatments, and the products can be bought for use at home. After-work treatments
The Afterwork Spa Escape is aimed at people finishing their day. A 25 minute session is priced per person and lets you choose back, neck and shoulder relief, a headache release, a tired legs treatment, a quick facial or a dry exfoliation. A 50 minute session, also priced per person, offers stress relief, deep tissue or muscle recovery massage, lymphatic drainage or a combined headache and legs treatment.
Treatments in this scheme are available only from 5pm to 7pm. Tea, a spa kit and use of the spa facilities are included, and guests receive a small treat on the next after-work visit. Evening access to the facilities runs from 5pm to 8pm, Monday to Thursday, and groups of four or more can ask about discounts.
Massages, facials and group bookings
The wider menu covers hot stone, Indian Ayurvedic, Lomi Lomi, Balinese, Thai and Shiatsu massages, anti-stress and therapeutic sessions, and deep tissue from €109. Express sessions start from €59, such as a face and decollete massage or a short Japanese neck and shoulder session, and full sessions start from €99. Facials start from €55.
Couples' and spa party packages are on offer, and a spa day with lunch is another option for guests who want to stay longer.
