Art from Malta, Europe and Africa

Its mission is to be a dynamic, market-driven platform for emerging and established artists from Malta, Europe and Africa. Through curated exhibitions and collector-focused events it aims to connect artists with a global audience, and it wants to be known as a leading commercial gallery for these three strands of visual art.

The work on show covers figurative, landscape and abstract paintings and sculptures by local and foreign artists, with sections of the website devoted to photography, African art and sculpture. Exhibitions are temporary and last several weeks on average, and between shows the gallery works as a shop with a variety of pieces available. Gift items and prints are also sold online, with prices on the site running from €90 up to €4,600 for a larger work with several options.

Buying a work and having it delivered

You can visit during opening hours to see and buy a piece. If you are not on the island, the gallery can send photos and further details of a work by email. Prices are set by the artists, taking into account factors such as the artist's standing, the materials, the size and the time spent. Artists' contact details are not shared on the site, but the gallery acts as the go-between and answers questions on their behalf.

Original artworks and limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist or the gallerist. Delivery within Malta and Gozo is free, while the cost of delivery abroad depends on the format and weight of the work and the address. Packaging is designed for each piece, and works are insured by the gallery's logistics partner, which is reassuring if you are sending something home to the UK. Our Malta relocation guide is useful if you are furnishing a home on the island, and our page on where to stay in Malta compares the main areas.
