Rock Productions works as a one-stop service. Pre-production includes scheduling, cash and budget management, art buying, castings in person, by video or digital, talent options and bookings, crew booking and payroll, location scouting and permit applications. On the practical side it can arrange equipment hire, transport, catering, prop making and sourcing, set building, comprehensive insurance, travel, accommodation, visas, airport transfers and customs clearance assistance.

Productions made wholly or partly in Malta can benefit from a cash rebate of up to 40% of eligible expenditure. Qualifying spend in Malta or on EU services is covered, below-the-line costs are uncapped and above-the-line costs are capped at €5,000,000.
