The store is organised into beef, pork, poultry, rabbit and veal, lamb, home made products, barbecue and grill lines and frozen goods. The poultry range runs to chicken breast, thighs, drumsticks, wings and kebabs. Beef includes beef olives (bragioli), local fresh mince, meatballs, sirloin, ribeye and frozen steak, and pork includes belly, chops, mince, trotters and Maltese sausage, known locally as zalzet tal-Malti, in both standard and barbecue sizes. A newer product is pork lard or fat, which can be asked for in the shop or added to an online basket.
