In April 2021 it was acquired by Mariner Shipping Services Ltd, a ship agent, freight forwarder and logistics business operating in Malta and North Africa. Both companies belong to Hili Company, an international group based in Malta whose roots go back to 1923 and whose focus is maritime and logistics, alongside finance, renewable energy and real estate.

The principal activities are freight forwarding, customs clearance, brokerage and international express and domestic courier operations. Clients range from high-tech companies to fish farm producers, and its values include customer service, teamwork, safety, integrity and continuous learning.

Air, sea and road freight

Ocean freight, one of the company's longest-standing areas, handles larger consignments through partner carriers on optimised routes with real-time tracking, in smaller or larger quantities.
