Arrow Express is a Regulated Agent certified by AVSEC Malta, an Authorised Postal Operator recognised by the Malta Communications Authority, and an ISO 9001 certified organisation. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mariner Shipping Ltd, and joined the Mariner Services group in 2023. That group covers ship agency, superyacht agency services, yacht yard services, pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare logistics, with operations in Malta, Albania, Lithuania and Libya.
