Who is behind CS Group

The company was founded by Christina and Stéphane Ellul Vincenti, who are both directors. Christina leads strategy, operations and client experience and speaks English, Russian and Dutch. Stéphane brings hands-on technical knowledge, runs planning and delivery with an eye on workmanship, and speaks Maltese, English and Italian.

The in-house team of more than 20 specialists spans project management, quantity surveying, procurement, administration and specialist trades. The group has over ten years of experience, more than 250 completed projects and over 300,000 square metres of renovated space behind it. Its milestones include Best Start-up Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017, Best Industry Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018, expansion of services in 2020 and Best Turnkey Contractor of the Year in 2022. Villa Overhills was inaugurated by the President of Malta in 2024, and in 2025 the group won its first project tender at Malta International Airport.

Turnkey services and how a project runs

Turnkey means one company takes responsibility for the whole job. CS Group covers corporate and residential developments, small jobs and full renovations, maintenance, project management and shell construction. The process runs through seven stages: consulting on the site and the client's vision, preliminary estimates and contract signing, scope evaluation and technical preparation, project management, testing and commissioning, final inspection and walkthrough, and post-completion support.

A contract sets out scope, timeframe and deliverables, and the client has a single point of contact. Before handover, systems such as electrics, plumbing and air conditioning are tested, and the client receives documentation including warranties, manuals and maintenance instructions. Maintenance agreements are available afterwards. Payment options are offered, though no details are published.

Starting a project

The company takes on a limited number of projects each year so every client receives proper attention. Enquiring early helps with planning, scheduling and securing materials.
