Who is behind it
Malta Luxury Homes was founded in 2019 by Ian Pace, who comes from a long line of landowners and land managers in the Maltese Islands. He began his career in 1993 with Dhalia Real Estate, then the largest agency in Malta, working with foreign buyers from its Valletta office. He later moved to Belair Property and, in 2016, to Sotheby's International Realty, where he was named top consultant for 2017 and built a team for a second office in Portomaso. He and his brother Stephen, who specialises in commercial property, left in 2019 to set up the agency.
