Reiki and Ayurveda
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice designed to calm the mind and restore a sense of balance. The studio offers Master Reiki Healing at €75 for one hour, a three-session Reiki Alignment Journey and a Reiki Lineage and Attunement Refresh at €95. A Reiki Level 1 certification course and a five-session Reiki pack are also available.
Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of balance between body, mind and daily rhythms, is offered as personalised plans with guidance on food, lifestyle and natural remedies. Options include the Ayurvedic Women's Wellness Consultation at €80 for an hour, Udvartana, an exfoliating herbal massage, at €110, and Shirodhara, a deeply relaxing treatment, at €130 for ninety minutes. The six-month R.A.Y Lifestyle Membership is an Ayurvedic coaching programme priced at €450. None of this is medical advice, and it is best used alongside the care of your own doctor.
Yin and Nidra yoga classes
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style that holds gentle stretches while you breathe deeply. The studio runs a weekly Yin and breathwork class and a weekly Yoga Nidra class, a guided practice of conscious rest, each lasting an hour and costing €20. A private Yin Yoga and Somatic Reset session for ninety minutes costs €75.
For regular students there is a ten-class pass at €165, valid for three months, and a monthly membership at €119 with eight class credits each month, priority booking in the five-mat studio and a post-class tea ritual. Unused credits do not roll over. Payment is by card or PayPal guest checkout.
Sara Klimper and her approach
Sara spent more than a decade in the iGaming industry before turning to wellbeing, a background you can read about in our iGaming in Malta guide. She trained in Yin Yoga teaching, Reiki levels one and two and Reiki Master at the Orion Healing Center in Thailand between 2022 and 2023, and completed Ayurveda therapist levels one and two at Ayuskama in India in 2024 and 2025.
Each session is tailored to the individual, with time given to understand what you want from it, and the aim is to leave you with awareness and habits you can carry into daily life. Corporate wellness packages are available for workplaces wanting stress and burnout programmes, mindfulness and breathwork workshops and yoga classes. A gift card makes the studio a thoughtful present for a friend or relative, and sessions can be bought as packs.
