Studio, teachers and approach

The team is made up of experienced, certified yoga instructors who help students pursue their own wellness goals. Classes are designed so that newcomers feel at ease while regular students still find something to work on, which makes the studio a good fit for a holiday class or a regular weekly routine if you are staying in the north.

The equipment is a selling point. Alongside aerial hammocks there are Manduka mats and props, so you do not need to bring anything beyond comfortable clothes. A gift card option is also available, which is handy if you want to book a class for someone else.

What the class names mean

If you are new to yoga, the class names are easier to choose between once you know the basics. Vinyasa links movement to the breath in a flowing sequence, and the studio offers both a dynamic version and a gentler one. Hatha tends to be a slower practice with held postures, and the meditative hatha class adds a focus on mindful movement and inner calm. Hatha Vinyasa blends the two.

Aerial yoga uses fabric hammocks hung from the ceiling to support the body, which allows gentle inversions and stretches. Foundations of Aerial Yoga is the entry point, and there is a children's version, Aerial Yoga Kids, described as upside down fun. Wheel Yoga is a class built around a yoga wheel prop for stretching and balance. Gentle Fusion 50+ is designed for older students who want to move with ease.

Classes and prices

Most classes last an hour. Dynamic Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Vinyasa, Meditative Hatha Flow and Hatha Vinyasa are each €12, and Gentle Fusion 50+, aimed at moving with ease and strengthening with grace, is also €12. Foundations of Aerial Yoga, which builds strength, balance and confidence in the air, is €15 for an hour, and Wheel Yoga is €15.

For families, Aerial Yoga Kids is €15. A private session costs €40, and a Yoga Retreat titled Yoga for Self Love is €90. Class bundles bring the cost down. Five aerial yoga classes are €65 and five yoga classes are €50, both valid for two months. Five one-to-one sessions of tailored gentle yoga flow are €175 and valid for three months, while a kids bundle of five classes is €55 for two months and ten classes are €100 for four months.

Booking and payment are online, and class times are shown in the booking calendar. If you would like a recommendation on which class to start with, use the enquiry form on this page and we will pass your question on.
