Other projects are a sea front apartment blending modern and classical styles, three studio apartments each in a different theme, and rental apartments in St Julian's.
Styles vary by brief: dark tones and wood for a bachelor penthouse, an industrial yet contemporary feel for apartments in Sliema and elsewhere, neutral tones for a welcoming rental, patterns and geometry on Tower Road, and wood and reflections in Swieqi. Another rental was planned around an open flow.
