Keeping up a training routine on holiday is easier when the gym is open from five in the morning until eleven at night. Warehouse Campus, inside The Campus Hub at Tal-Qroqq in Msida, is the Warehouse Gym site with a full Technogym floor, and it suits anyone who wants proper equipment and coached sessions rather than a small hotel fitness room. It is one of the busier gyms in Malta for functional fitness and hybrid training, and it welcomes newcomers of every level.
Warehouse began in 2017 as a single studio in Gżira, built by word of mouth around good coaching. The Campus site followed in 2020, and the group now runs several locations with one membership covering them all.
The gym floor and equipment
Campus is the site to choose if you want everything under one roof. There is a full Technogym floor for machines and cardio, a separate functional area for barbells, sleds and conditioning work, and kit from Concept2 and Rogue, so rowers, bikes and racks are all to hand. Open gym access lets you follow your own programme between classes, and on-site parking makes early starts simple.
The other locations have a different character. Gżira is a smaller studio with functional kit and classes, while the Field site in San Gwann is used for outdoor training and obstacle course work. A Marsa branch is on the way. A single membership opens the door at every site.
Classes for every level
Every class is coached and can be scaled up or down. Strength and conditioning sessions follow lower body, upper body and full body splits written each week by the head coach, and conditioning circuits mix lifting and cardio. Hyrox training is built around the race format, with Hyrox Sundays a long-standing fixture, while functional training covers gymnastics-style movement and Olympic lifting without a franchise badge.
There are also dedicated weightlifting sessions with a specialist coach, an engine class for aerobic capacity, and mobility classes, one of the oldest sessions on the timetable and a sensible choice after a long flight. The Run Club meets three times a week for speed, hills and a free Saturday community run that anyone can join. Mum's Club offers a programme built around family life, and kids classes use games, bodyweight exercises and functional movement to build confidence.
Prices and passes
Short-stay visitors will usually want class passes, which cost €20 per class and cover any class or open gym session, with packs of 10 and 20 for longer trips. The first session is free, so you can try the gym before paying anything.
For longer stays, open gym membership is €75 a month and the unlimited membership, with every class included, is €150 a month; three, six and twelve month terms are available too. Students get off-peak access from 9am to 4pm for €30 a week, plus 10% off sessions, on showing a student card. Specialist options include the Run Club and Mum's Club at €60 a month each, personal programming at €150 a month and a structured weight loss programme at €395 for three months. Kids session packs are priced like adult class passes but never expire. Memberships can be frozen if you travel.
Training during a stay in Malta
Msida sits between Valletta and Sliema, so Campus is easy to reach from most of the central coast. Many UK visitors stay in Sliema and St Julian's, and our page on hotels in Sliema lists options within a short ride of the gym. A morning session pairs well with a day in the capital using our Valletta guide, and the Malta weather guide explains why early starts are wise in July and August. If you are deciding on a base, see where to stay in Malta.
For remote workers spending a season here, class packs and membership freezes make it easy to fit training around travel, and our digital nomad guide covers the practical side of a longer stay, while the Malta relocation guide helps those making a permanent move. If you prefer a gentler routine, look at pilates studios in Malta or yoga studios in Malta, and pick up kit at one of the sports shops in Malta.
